**Hot Therapy:
Deliver hot warm moist heat to stiff necks, arthritic joints, migraines, menstrual cramps, pulled or tight muscles.

Directions: Microwave on high for 1 minute, flip then reheat for an additional 1 minute. 

**Cold Therapy:
Deliver cold relief to sore and tight muscles, headaches and even bug bites without messy melting ice to even the youngest user.

Directions: Place in freezer for at least 1 hour in zip lock bag.

**You can add Lavender and/or Peppermint essential oils to you rice bag.
